A normal treatment will take 45 minutes to 1 hour. You will be asked to fill in some paperwork and to make yourself comfortable. This may be in a standing, sitting or lying position – whichever best helps alleviate the symptoms that you have. As the Practitioner I will find and release the Flinchlocked bones. This is done by equalising the pressure in the bone and then applying a formula. There is no force or manipulation involved. You stay within your comfort at all times.

After a treatment it is not unusual to feel lighter and to experience tingling or stretching sensations in different areas of the body for a few days. ​Sometimes there can be a temporary increase in discomfort which lasts for a short period. All of this varies from person to person. For some people there is an immediate relief of all symptoms and 1 visit is all that is required!
