COURSES

The Contact C.A.R.E Human Foundation courses are held over two days. They are designed for people who wish to learn the basics of CC to be able to help themselves and their friends and family.

These courses are also helpful for other health professionals interested in an approach to working with impact injuries that will compliment their clinical work. Each Foundation course is from 9am to 4pm Saturday and Sunday. If you wish to continue to become a fully fledged Practitioner you will need to complete four Foundation courses and then continue for a further two years of Practitioner training. 2025 Canine Skills Course. Northland. Cost $210

Requirements to become a Canine Practitioner.

1. Canine anatomy and physiology qualification. Suggested link below.

2. Four Foundation courses. These can be a mix of human and equine however at least one need to have been equine to get an understanding of working with animals.

3. Two Canine Skills courses.

4. 60 hours of canine treatments. Worksheets to be filled in. Some of these will be repeat visits and that is fine as it gives the opportunity to monitor the change.

5. Three case studies with photo’s, treatment sheets and explanation of why the animal was being treated and changes made.

6. Assessments - This will take place on the 1st November, Whangarei Heads, Northland with Camille.
